Overview.
Continuous monitoring and data acquisition of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), volatile sulfur compounds (VSCs) and other gases such as carbon monoxide and hydrogen within a farm are labour intensive and tedious if done manually. Using a rover will greatly help to reduce the work load of the farmers and improve the efficiency of data collection.
I am going to build a rover which will navigate around a farm and collect various gases' metrics with bacteria detection and send those data back to cloud. With the time series data collection, a gases heat map can be generated for better monitoring and bacteria growth mapping.

MR-Buggy3 build guide.
I follow this build guide to build my MR-Buggy3. The Buggy3 car frame as shipped *may* need the servo and the motor controller swapped out with replacement versions that are able to be controlled from the FMU.

Programming the FMU.
Follow this guide to program the FMU.

Installing QGroundControl.
QGroundControl is the ground station software that interfaces with PX4. You will need to use QGroundControl in the next steps to configure your MR-Buggy3 for first use.
I am using a Windows 10 system to install the QGroundControl. Follow this link to find the installation instruction.
