This project is sponsored by a forward-thinking farm in Thailand. As an aspiring organic farm, they are continually on the search to gather more data on their impact on the environment. Our team has been challenged to create a sensor array that will be mounted within the piggery and will sense: temperature, humidity, air pressure, light, CH4(methane), and NO2(Nitrogen dioxide). The sensor array will then transmit the data wirelessly to a base station, located in the office. This station will upload the received data to the cloud. The final product is to be delivered to Raitong Organics in Thailand, for deployment on their farm. Success will be defined by the deployment of an operational system to the farm.
